ver the last several weeks, we’ve been overwhelmed by the number of fans who have shared their favorite Movie Moments with us. The answers never fail to surprise, make us smile and in some cases bring a tear to our eyes. The creative team of Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions, pulled some of their favorite fan movie moments from the web for this very special compilation. Spearheaded by Hans’ VP of philanthropy Bonnie Abaunza, the video includes poignant observations from human rights crusaders Ariel Dorfman, Mario Velasquez, President Jose Ramos-Horta, Alicia Partnoy and Caitriona Weafer, who use the inspiration of film to help change the world. Oscar.com’s Shira Lazar caught up with Hans at his studio recently and heard first-hand about the vision behind the project.
